Starting in 1978 at Tanworth-in-Arden in Warwickshire, England. Initially called Richard Cooper and Company, and later Richard Cooper Giftware Ltd
In 1987 it was called Country Artists.The company began producing wall plaques featuring garden birds which became very popular and soon the company were producing three dimensional models of not only birds but Wild animals Dogs Cats as well. Due to How Popluar these Figures became the company moved to larger studios in Stratford-upon-Avon.These Figures are handpainted and very detailed and are very collectable all over the World.Since most of these figures are vintage and pre owned they are all in lovely condition and will add to any collectors collection.
